VRS X END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Copyright (C) 2026 ADS-B.Pro - Bruno Stelmaszyk All rights reserved. IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. 1. DEFINITIONS "Software" refers to VRS X, including all executable files, libraries, documentation, and embedded web interface components. "VRS X", "VRSX", and "VRS-X" are reserved names and trademarks of ADS-B.Pro. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE This software is provided as FREEWARE for personal and commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software free of charge, subject to the following conditions. 3. RESTRICTIONS You may NOT: a) Modify, alter, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software, including but not limited to the source code, binaries, or web interface components. b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, author attributions, or proprietary markings in the Software or its web interface. The attribution "ADS-B.Pro - Bruno Stelmaszyk" must remain visible and unmodified in the web interface at all times. d) Use the names "VRS X", "VRSX", "VRS-X", or any confusingly similar names in connection with any other software or product without prior written permission. e) Redistribute modified versions of the Software. f) Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software. 4. PERMITTED USES You MAY: a) Use the Software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. b) Make copies of the Software for backup purposes. c) Redistribute the Software in its original, unmodified form, provided this license agreement is included. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THIRD-PARTY CODE This Software contains code derived from Virtual Radar Server by Andrew Whewell, licensed under the BSD 3-Clause license. The original copyright notice, conditions, and disclaimer are provided in the BSD 3-Clause License section below. Nothing in this agreement restricts any rights granted to you under the BSD 3-Clause license with respect to the original Virtual Radar Server source code, which remains freely available from its original author. 9. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. By using VRS X, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

This software supports importing aircraft data from the OpenSky Network.
